Today on Insight, John and Josh Rosenstern discuss a recent Pew research study of the religious landscape in America looking at the size of the various religious groups. In 2007, 78-percent of US adults identified as Christians; however, in the last year there has been a 16-point drop in those who claim to be Christian. In this poll of some 37,000 people, 80-percent of those who say they are Christian also say they support liberalism. Brother John says these statistics confirm there is a brand of “Christianity” that is embraced but it has nothing to do with the truth of the gospel, which is faith in the finished work of Christ alone.
