Today on Insight, John and Josh Rosenstern discuss a trail blazing case before the US Supreme Court involving former President Trump, considering whether Trump can be criminally prosecuted for his alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election and incite the January 6th Capitol riot. This will be historic because it involves Presidential immunity. Oral arguments are scheduled for April for a potential decision to come out in June. This could be very weighty, with regards to the upcoming Presidential election in November.
