Brother Josh says a successful abortion means a baby dies. The oral arguments are discussing setting restrictions based on how far along the woman is in her pregnancy and that the woman has to see a doctor in person to be evaluated on how far along the pregnancy is. Brother Josh says this medication should not be prescribed via virtual-appointments.
