Today on Insight, John and Josh Rosenstern explain DEI-diversity, equity, and inclusion and its affect on businesses with regards to quality workers and putting out quality products. Recently, Lowes and Ford removed themselves from DEI rosters because they claim it has not been a successful hiring approach. Brother Josh says businesses are most successful when they hire the most qualified applicant based on their skills and knowledge for the job at hand. We must not prop people up with agendas. We do not need liberal government policies to help out our fellow man because in the end, others will be hurt.
