Made in China. The United States is the number one economy in the world, with China at number two. Today on Insight, Josh Rosenstern discusses policies within the United States government, as a recently introduced House bill, if passed, would end trade normalization with China, along with adding new tariffs on China. If this occurs, we may see a huge disruption to our goods and services in the future. Brother Josh reminds us of the 2020 shutdown during the COVID pandemic, where our US supply chain was greatly disrupted. International trade will be under the microscope as the Trump Administration assesses what happened then and how to prevent it from happening again. One concern, if America ups her tariffs there could be retaliation from China.
