Today on Insight, Josh Rosenstern discusses the pressure on Congress regarding healthcare for Americans under the Affordable Care Act. Congress has about a week left before leaving Washington DC for the holidays. Looking at the Venezuela and China tie, regarding trade went from one billion to over 20 billion in the last couple of years. China also provided loans to Venezuela as they will likely be repaid with oil. Brother Josh explains how US sanctions are trying to address the trade landscape. There is a shadow fleet of illegal oil distribution activity, as the US has just seized an oil tanker off the coast of Venezuela. President Trump is also trying to address drug trafficking from Venezuela, as the drug activity provides revenue to Venezuela as funding for this shadow fleet and other illegal activity.
