Today on Insight, John and Josh Rosenstern discuss the Middle East, and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo’s travels through the Middle East starting in Israel, the Sudan, and the Arabian Peninsula. Pompeo is pushing two major points; normalizing more peace agreements with Israel and the surrounding nation, and Iran being a threat and the focal point of the common enemy in the Middle East. Proverbs 16:7 speaks of peace; but with a heart change. One viewer asks about Ezekiel 38 and 39; and whether these scriptures would support the peace treaty. Brother John says this is not a correct assumption. He also looks at Psalm 83. He says the peace agreements are not what God would want; the Land belongs to God, and it’s to stay with Israel. The Rosensterns fear, Israel will end up making more concessions with no room for natural growth; then, a hostile enemy closes in, leading to un-defendable borders. She has a right to protective borders. Brother John says he believes President Trump’s move of the US Embassy to Jerusalem from Tel Aviv and other efforts are supportive, and President Trump recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s eternal capital. Brother John says President Trump is to still be applauded; he just doesn’t understand the bible with regards to the Antichrist and his move to destroy Israel with an initial plan that starts with peace, before destruction. There is no two state solution to be had.
