Today on Insight, John and Josh Rosenstern discuss the war going on between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Sitting just to the North and East of Iran, Azerbaijan is a Muslim nation, Armenia was one of the first Christian nations in the region. Brother Josh shares the history of the Ottoman Empire before World War I. The Armenians were crucified horrifically for their faith in Christ. There is escalation in the region as Armenians are present and Azerbaijan has wanted to reclaim the territory for some thirty years. Brother Josh says Russia,Turkey, and Iran are weighing in, as hundreds have already died. Brother Josh asked people to pray for peace in the region where tension is high. He adds, because of our current COVID pandemic, we aren’t hearing about other unrest going on in many locations around the world.
