Today on Insight, John and Josh Rosenstern discuss the upcoming Presidential debate. Brother John feels former Vice President Joe Biden owes President Trump an apology; as Joe Biden compared President Donald Trump to German, Nazi politician Joseph Goebbels. Goebbels was known for escalating antisemitism and the extermination of the Jews as a devoted associate to Adolf Hitler. Goebbles ultimately murdered his own family and killed himself. With discrimination against Jewish people heightened throughout the United States, Brother John says its ridiculous that Biden would go there. Brother Josh says spewing such propaganda is powerful; he shares how Goebbles was behind giving out free radios to all German families who would take the radio home and listen to their antisemitic propaganda. Brother Josh says this is how the media is used to lie to the people through such propaganda. The Rosenstern’s say similarly today we see the media being used with the COVID19 fear, and other economic problems, which ultimately are being blamed on Republicans and President Trump. Brother John says twisting history was another tactic Goebbels used, which we also are seeing in America today with the rewriting of history to distort the present. Brother John says our only hope is God Almighty, we cannot legislate morality.
