A NEW AND GREATER EXODUS- How do we follow Christ? Today at Resurrection Camp meeting, Pastor Paris Ragan preaches on the power of our Savior who came to die on a Cross, reading from Luke 9:18-36. Pastor Ragan shares his personal testimony of how he found himself hopeless in college, living in darkness and sin because he had connected himself to something on a spiritual level and it wasn’t God. Pastor Paris shares how the Lord got his attention about the sin of alcohol in his life, showing him the bible verse Proverbs 20:1-2. Just as the deliverance of Israel, all believers have been delivered; but just as Israel, we can turn our backs on our deliverance and find ourselves dominated by sin once again. While our disobedience to God’s Covenant can find us in darkness and oppression, the good news is, Jesus takes authority over all powers of darkness, sickness, nature, and sin. Our deliverer is here. The law and the prophets pointed to Jesus Christ coming as our deliverer, and God confirmed it; this is My beloved Son, hear Him.
