BLIND, BROKE, AND SITTING STILL- He is God! Tonight at Family Worship Center, Pastor Gabriel Swaggart kicks off night one of Resurrection Camp meeting 2025 reading from Mark 10:46. Just as Blind Bartimaeus was in darkness physically, Pastor Gabe reminds us that before coming to Christ we all are in darkness. The only remedy for our hopelessness is putting our faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ on Calvary’s Cross. During this time of His earthly ministry, Jesus had never been to Jericho where Bartimaeus cried out in faith for the mercy of God. The Holy Spirit led Jesus that way for a miracle was needed. God sees our desperation as well, and He is still the same miracle-working Savior. He is God and cares about all our needs. God is God; He will never change, He always will be God.
