CHRISTIANITY’S IDENTITY CRISIS- Why do we choose to still live in the tomb that He raised us out of? Today at Family Worship Center, Crossfire Youth Pastor Paris Ragan reads Mark 15:6-15 and Matthew 16:13-19 teaching on another Jesus of another spirit. Just as the three Hebrew boys were asked to bow to an evil idol, many Christians today do the same. We must ask ourselves, are we seeking the Jesus of the bible, or do we have another Jesus that we have conjured up in our minds? Discipleship, to the true Jesus of the Bible, costs us everything. Salvation says we turn from the ways of our old man, for He has made us new. When we seek to know Him more in the light and truth of God’s Word, we will find His power and presence. Jesus asked Peter, who do people say that I am? Who do we say He is?
