MUTUAL SUBMISSION— Tonight Pastor Adam Denoon preaches from Ephesians 5:21-22. He shares how Christians today are to learn from the church in Ephesus. The Ephesians weren’t acting right, but this is not a lesson on moralism. Paul had just taught and established relationship with Christ in the first four chapters of Ephesians. We must understand our relationship with Christ to have proper relationship with those around us. If we don’t understand who we are in Christ, we will run into trouble with our conduct. Brother DeNoon says, every day we can continually be filled with the Spirit, and daily have a melody in our heart when we stay anchored at the Cross of Christ. When this is the everyday walk of the believer, we can then submit ourselves one to another, which is what we are called to do. When we understand the example Christ gave us, His love will spill out of us and onto others.
