REVIVE US ONE MORE TIME- God is raising up an army across the globe. Tonight at Family Worship Center, Grace Brumley reads Psalm 85:6-13 as she preaches on the foundation of revival. We see many in the church seeking revival, but do we really know what we are asking for? To have true revival, we will find four things. One will be a return to the Word of God, which is where we can learn an errorless understanding of what God has provided us. This understanding will then restore a fear of God, i.e., a respect for all that He is and all He has done. When this respect is present, we will repent and receive even more revelation of His finished work. When we take Him at His Word, we won’t stay the same. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge. When we revere His holiness, it should drive us to repentance as we turn from our sin and turn to God. Believing solely on Christ’s finished work on the Cross IS revival. Sister Grace poses the thought, maybe revival is already here, and all we have to do is believe it to see it.
