Three years later, even after losing half their comrades who traveled on the Mayflower, they still gave God thanks for their newfound freedom to worship Him. Prayer was, and is, a necessity for all who trust Him. We must be thankful in the midst of our trials. He is a good God, in the good and the bad, and His love must shine through our lives. Praise Him for who He is, and all He has done, and all He will do.
