THE DEEP THINGS OF GOD- All believers need a deeper revelation of the New Covenant. Tonight at Family Worship Center, Evangelist David Borg reads 1 Corinthians 2:6-14 teaching on the wisdom of God, and the understanding of the Cross that every believer should grow in. God will reveal to us His truth, through the Holy Spirit, when our faith is anchored in the finished work of Christ. We must not judge others for where they are in their revelation, as we all will understand and grow in wisdom of the Cross at various levels. Brother Borg says deep things are revealed when we are hungry for more of God, and we show humility and desperation for all that He is. The things of God are freely given when we seek more of Him and allow the Holy Spirit to work on our behalf. When we are planted properly, fruit grows; living in His rest, we will have a blessed life. When we have His power, it is easy to live for Him and walk in abundant life.
