JEHOVAH-JIREH- Tonight at Family Worship Center, Pastor Loren Larson preaches on the testing and proving of Abraham, as he reads Genesis 22:1-14. Brother Larson says every believer, at some point in his or her life, will face this testing of faith. Often, it is an on again off again testing through our many seasons of growing. In the greatest of tests, Abraham was going to sacrifice Isaac, the son he’d waited so long for, but God provided a ram for the sacrifice after seeing Abraham’s faithfulness and obedience. God is Jehovah-Jireh, which means, the Lord will provide. Abraham believed God and it was accounted to him for righteousness. Believer reach out in faith and believe God’s Word, there is purpose in every test He sends our way.
