THE KEYS- He is alive forevermore. Tonight at Family Worship Center, Pastor Josh Franks from People’s Tabernacle Church in Savannah Tennessee reads from Revelation 1:17-18. He reminds us of our Almighty eternal God. Christ is the living one who entered into death, into our death, in His human nature, so as the great High Priest He finished the sacrifices for sin. He announced Himself as the first and the last. He came as God in human form, and He came for a purpose. He was a miracle working man, on this earth. Christ’s death was the only way to redeem fallen man who was in desperate need of a Savior. Brother Franks reminds us that after Christ’s death on the Cross, He went down to hell, not to fight Satan but to open the door for the believers in Paradise; He holds the key to eternity, not Satan. Sin no longer has a hold on sinful man. At the Cross, all power in heaven and earth was given unto Him; whatever has a hold on you, remember Jesus has the key. We live because He lives.
