A SOUND OF AN ABUNDANCE OF RAIN- Today at Family Worship Center, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart reads 1st Kings 18:41 teaching on the faith of Elijah. No matter how dry the land is before us or how dead things may look, faith and obedience can bring the rain we are looking for. Elijah repaired the altar, i.e. Christ and Him crucified; the altar today of preaching the Cross needs repairing. Spiritual rain of the Holy Spirit always follows correct preaching. Brother Swaggart says be encouraged; as we are obedient to the Word of God and taking the gospel to the lost, we have an assurance that the great harvest of lost souls is before us.
