JESUS, THE SHEPHERD OF SCATTERED SHEEP- When the disciples stepped out into ministry, they preached repentance to the lost; come to Christ, and be saved. Today at Family Worship Center, Guest Evangelist Adam Fulghum reads Mark 6:30-34 teaching on the power of God to be saved. Even amidst the business of reaching the lost, Jesus called His followers to rest. Jesus saw the people, as He looked out over the multitude and saw them as sheep, without a shepherd. Brother Adam walks us through the many types and shadows of the Shepherd and His sheep in the Bible. God said He will search His sheep, bring them out, and feed them. He said He will set up one shepherd over them. He has always been a caretaker for those who follow Him. Christ is the promised Great Shepherd to the lost. The One who gives His life for the sheep. In His Word, God likened humanity to sheep for a reason; for, without a shepherd, sheep will lose their way.
