THE POWER OF PERSISTENT PRAYER- Today at Family Worship Center, Pastor Gabriel Swaggart reads from Luke 11:9, teaching on the importance of prayer. Jesus was a praying man. Pastor Gabe says too many Christians today worship a God they no longer pray to. He says prayer is our way to communicate with our Heavenly Father. Our prayer should begin with praise and thanksgiving; when we praise Him, we’ll find there is no room for complaining. We should continue with repentance of any sin; and then He expects us to ask Him for His will in our lives. When we seek Him, and keep knocking on His door, His Holy Spirit will flow. God loves persistency; when we keep knocking, we will see the love of God flow in our lives.
