BLESSED IS THE NATION WHOSE GOD IS THE LORD— This nation was chosen by God to be the light and liberty to the world. Today Pastor Donnie Swaggart preaches from Psalm 33:19–22. Our land is sick, but He is the healing balm. Brother Donnie gives us a historical picture of our nation from the War of 1812 to today, on this July fourth, our nation’s 245th birthday. He compares the evil of Communism around the world, to our nation of Capitalism and freedom. Brother Donnie says our problems before us today are not problems because of the flag, but problems because of sin. When we leave the Bible, we enter into insanity. Brother Donnie encourages, America is still a land of freedom, and our Bible is our Declaration of Independence. One day the governments of the world will be upon the shoulders of the King of Kings; what Satan means for evil, God will turn it to good.
