WORDS MATTER— Today at Family Worship Center, Pastor Donnie Swaggart preaches on the words of Ruth, the Moabitess, reading from Ruth 1:16-17. Brother Donnie teaches on how Ruth’s words hold depth and power. Naomi told Ruth about Jehovah and how they must leave the land of Moab behind. As believers we are to do the same with the world. When Israel repented, the blessings of God would come; Naomi was a type of Israel. Ruth knew she was to stay with Naomi; Ruth was the great-grandmother of David. Brother Donnie says we all must be as Ruth, and sell out for Jesus.
