We must ever keep our faith anchored in the finished work of Christ on Calvary’s Cross. Today on The Message of The Cross, Pastor Loren Larson and panel read Galatians 2:20-21 discussing how the believer can frustrate the grace of God. We must not put our faith in anything of our own doing, but only on the “doing” of Christ on the Cross. If we place our faith in other idols, i.e., self-efforts this will frustrate God of pouring out His grace in our lives. He will allow us to go this way, if we choose to go astray. The panel goes on to discuss how God called Abraham the father of many nations, physically and spiritually. For the Jew and Gentile alike, we must believe as Abraham. He understood, if He BELIEVED God, it was accounted to him for righteousness.
