We have to have the grace of God to live this life, and to fall from grace is a sad situation. Today on The Message of The Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel discuss falling from grace. Reading Galatians 5:4, Brother Swaggart asks what does it mean to become estranged from God? This is when the believer tries to function outside of Calvary, and looks to works to live out their Christian life. Living outside of the government of grace means the Holy Spirit cannot help us. When we look to another way, sin will only get worse and overtake us. We must anchor our faith in the Cross of Christ alone; this is the only way to live victoriously.
