Grace is either flowing in a believer’s life, or it is not flowing at all. Today on The Message of The Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel discuss the consequences of sin, and how we can frustrate the grace of God when we try to live this life by willpower in an effort to correct the sin we see in our lives. Brother Swaggart says, God is patient with us, but there comes a time when He says enough. When we rely on self, God will allow us to go into failure, to teach us where we are wrong. We must know we have begun in the Spirit by faith in the Cross; and this is where we stay. The believer cannot work out his or her own victory in the flesh.
