Where are you? And what is this that you have done? Who told you that a you were naked? These were the words of God, following the sin of Adam and Eve in the garden; their trial was for their spiritual growth. Have you sinned? Have you gone against what God has told you to do? Today on The Message of The Cross, Brother Swaggart and panel discuss how those questions must be asked so sin can be addressed, and the believer can go forward in Christ. Brother Smith says you can’t have the blessings of God until you deal with sin, which can only be dealt with at the Cross of Christ. Brother Swaggart implores all believers to be sure their faith is in the finished work of Christ and not in any works or self efforts. When faith is correctly placed in Christ and Him Crucified, the Holy Spirit can go to work on our behalf to give us victory in this life over the world, the flesh and the devil.
