Jesus’ death fulfilled all the law; the Jews here should no longer show superiority to the Gentiles. The Cross of Christ will unify all who will believe. Jesus died for the power of sin and self. When we say yes to Jesus, His righteousness is imputed into us; He will then bring our fallen condition up to our position in Christ.
