It’s better to trust in the Lord than to have confidence in man. Today on The Message of The Cross, Brother Swaggart and panel discuss the only way to walk in victory is to make the Cross of Christ the object of your faith and not allow it to be moved to something else. Brother Swaggart reminds that the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus is the only law stronger than the law of sin and death, Romans 8:2. The Holy Spirit cannot work in our lives if our faith is not anchored in the finished work of Christ at Calvary’s Cross and that alone. The Holy Spirit will step back and leave self to its best efforts to solve what only God can fix.
