Today on the Message Of The Cross, Brother Swaggart reminds believers to not trust in their own ability. The panel looks into Galatians 5:!6 and explains how walking in the Spirit, with faith exclusively in the Cross, can give you victory. They explain how this does not mean doing spiritual things for victory. Don’t let the commandment deceive you ,as Paul said. Jesus said, I’ll send you a comforter to abide within you forever. Brother John Rosenstern reminds that a believer must rest in Christ until being delivered from their strongholds. He says, don’t make it an exercise to “do the Cross “. Brother Loren Larson adds, while it’s unnatural for our self driven mentality to trust in Christ, it must become a reality for us. Joseph Larson adds that flesh is the problem, thus it can’t be our solution. Brother Dave Smith says we must watch and pray that we not enter into flesh when trouble comes waging war, as the flesh wars against the Spirit.
