Everything done by the Holy Spirit in a life is done because of the Cross of Christ. This is not what faith in Christ is supposed to look like. When faith is anchored in the finished work of Christ, the Holy Spirit will work on our behalf to rid us of the clinging vines of The Fall. The battle has already been won on Calvary’s Cross. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made us free from the law of sin and death.
