Jesus Christ died for our salvation and for our sanctification. Today on The Message of The Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel discuss how rebellion keeps us away from God’s provision. By faith in Christ alone, the Holy Spirit will help our infirmities. We must know we are weak in our humanity and cannot gain victory in and of ourselves. We must only place our faith in the finished work of Christ and keep it there. The Holy Spirit is God, and what we can’t do, He can. He lifts our burdens and carries them Himself. This is the only way the Holy Spirit works on our behalf.
