We are God’s workmanship. Today on The Message of The Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel read Romans 8:30 discussing how the Cross of Christ opens the door for all good things. We must not put our faith in anything but the finished work of Christ. The panel looks at how easy it is for Christians to mistake righteousness coming by works of the flesh. The grace of God is given exclusively through the Cross. We cannot work our way to salvation. What we do for God comes only because we know we have been crucified with Christ at salvation; for by the power of His Spirit, He saves us and changes us into the image of Christ. Brother Larson reminds us that faith plus grace will equal works.
