The Holy Spirit in us can do what no law can do. Today on The Message of The Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel discuss how at salvation the believer is not only forgiven of their sin, but now the believer is separated from the power of sin. Despite this fact, the panel discusses why so many believers still struggle to find victory over the sin in their lives. As we know, throughout the Pentecostal movement, many received the second work of the baptism of the Holy Spirit and wrongly thought this would solve the problem of sin. The law of the Spirit of life in Christ is active immediately at salvation and continues to stay active, which will transform us as we keep our faith anchored in Him.
