Israel, under Christ, will one day be the leading nation of the world. Today on The Message of The Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel discuss the Second Coming of the Lord and Israel finally accepting Jesus Christ as her Messiah. The panel read Romans 11:7-8 discussing the only way salvation can be obtained, which is God’s way, by the Cross of Christ. Whoever chooses Christ is the elect. Brother Swaggart explains how much of the church today is living under the same bondage as the Israelites were under Pharaoh; no righteousness, is ever achieved by self-efforts. Through the example of Israel, the Apostle Paul is teaching New Covenant believers what not to do. If we are found in unbelief, by looking to law, works, or self then we will be cutoff.
