The Cross is the foundation of all biblical doctrine. Today on The Message of The Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel discuss Galatians 2:11-12, and the unity that the Cross can bring. The Cross removes flesh and brings forth humility in all who will trust in Christ’s finished work alone; we cannot put our faith in ourselves. Jesus’ death fulfilled all the law; the Jews here should no longer show superiority to the Gentiles. The Cross of Christ will unify all who will believe. Jesus died for the power of sin and self. When we say yes to Jesus, His righteousness is imputed into us; He will then bring our fallen condition up to our position in Christ.
