The covenant made with Israel in the Old Testament will be fully recognized when all of Israel recognizes Jesus Christ as their Messiah. Today on the Message of the Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and the panel discuss how Satan is deceived to think that he can defeat the Lord and destroy Israel. God has promised that Israel will have the land appointed to her and their Messiah, Jesus Christ, will be on the throne in Jerusalem. God has a specific call for Israel to be the head of all nations when they receive Jesus as their Savior; the Jews are His chosen people. The Covenant made with Christ is for Jew and Gentile; all have a special call in the plan of God. The gifts and callings of God shall not fail; it demands a right response, but there is a sure calling in Christ Jesus.
