Satan stopped seeing God for who God was. Today on The Message of The Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel discuss pride as it played out in the fall of Lucifer, God’s once most beautiful angel. The panel discusses how Satan tempts and schemes to steal the believer’s joy. Brother Smith says hate in the heart cannot be dealt with except through the love of Jesus and what He did to pay our debt for sin. Brother Swaggart says the acceptance of Jesus Christ is the only answer for all of man’s sin; we must teach and preach the Cross. Brother Josh says Jesus Christ will come into the heart and take away the sting of hurt, pain, and injustice; He alone can heal every hurt and guide us in the way that God will be glorified.
