It doesn’t matter what we do, or don’t do, it only matters what we believe Today on The Message of The Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel read Galatians 5:6-7 discussing self-righteousness in the believer’s life. Just as the Apostle Paul taught the Galatians about the dangers of turning back to the law and the teaching of the Judaizers, believers today need to avoid looking to self for freedom from the bondage of sin. We must not look to goal setting, religious deeds, or any other way; otherwise, pride will set in. Believing on the Cross of Christ alone will result in all good things in our Christian life. In Christ, victory is ours.
