They believe not on me. Today on the Message of The Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel discuss the Doctrine of Jesus Christ. Brother Loren shares how unbelief hinders our belief; even during Christ’s earthly ministry, and all His miracles, many would not believe. Brother Swaggart reminds us of the Apostle Paul, and says there is a hardening of the heart that only the Holy Spirit can soften. The deceitfulness of sin hardens the heart, and as many turn to religion the heart hardens even more. Brother John says often the Lord Will allow circumstances in our lives to break the heart; when the soil is broken up, if you will, a seed can take root. The Gospel must go forth, for today is the day of salvation.
