It is finished. Today on The Message of The Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel discuss exclusive faith. Our faith must only be found in the finished work of Jesus Christ on Calvary’s Cross. If we shift our faith, even the slightest, Satan will take the opportunity to sneak in and put us in bondage. Brother Joseph warns the believer that the genuineness of our faith will be tested, and when we allow a mixture of other things to the Cross our faith will erode. In a sense, the adding to the Cross is a form of quitting. We must not quit. Satan will take advantage of any open door. Brother Swaggart encourages us, the Cross of Christ works, and it is a completed work; so anchor your faith there, and watch the Holy Spirit move in your life. The blood of Jesus is the payment for our sin, and the Resurrection is our receipt. For those who are thirsty, come and drink of the water of life freely. It is a free gift.
