The Spirit of God works exclusively within the parameters of the finished work of Christ on Calvary’s Cross. Today on The Message of The Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel discuss the deliverance of God’s children that comes only through the blood. When I see the blood I will pass over you speaks of Israel’s deliverance from the death angel’s judgment; this typifies our belief today on the blood of Jesus Christ for our salvation. Brother John warns that the church needs to repent from psychology and other false doctrines that are permeating the church like leaven. Our victory over sin can only come by way of the Cross. Brother Swaggart says we must get back to the truth of God’s Holy Word, and anchoring our faith in Christ’s finished work at Calvary.
