Today on The Message of The Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel welcome Pastor Bill Bailey from Happy Gospel Church in Bradenton Florida. The panel discusses how Satan has tried to falsify God’s Word since Adam and Eve. He tempted them, and deceived them to think that what God said, He didn’t surely mean. Brother Swaggart says we need to get into the Word of God so we know what God says for ourselves; when we don’t, we may miss out on God speaking to us. When we grow in the knowledge of the Lord, we will have more peace and rest; trusting in the ways of God will outweigh any spirit of fear that tries to steal our joy in the Lord. His Word is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path.
