Flesh is sneaky; it will ride into the heart on the back of truth. We need to identify this in our lives and eliminate it. Brother John shares how under the law, Israel was as a child, with the law supervising them; under Christ, that is eliminated. As Christians, we have inward faith, and we grow up in Him. We stand on our own in the finished work of Christ, no religious works or denominational traditions can do what only Christ can do. Consider your ways, faith in Christ alone will allow the Holy Spirit to bring the victory we are looking for. Resting in what Christ has done is the key to abundant life.
