Today on The Message of The Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel read Ephesians 3:1 discussing Paul’s time spent in prison and how the gospel was still going forth. There were witnesses from Caesarea to Rome, as men were emboldened by Paul’s incarceration, and preached with fervor the truth that Paul taught. Paul did not complain; Paul’s attitude should be our attitude. The gospel must be magnified in our bonds, as it was Paul’s. The Lord reveals Himself in our struggles and in our wait. When we wait in our trials grumbling and complaining, we will see the manifestation of the Glory of God when He comes to our rescue. God things, take time.
