Transition is always hard. The Apostle Paul was up against 1600 years of Mosaic Law, trying to teach the New Covenant and how believers can now have all of what the Torah offered; but with the Law being obsolete, man now has the power source of the Holy Spirit because of the death of Christ. From law to grace, when we know what we have at salvation we will see sin go; fruit will develop in the believer's life, and we will know the joy of the Cross.
