The believer will have a fear of God, but it’s not God’s will for us to have any other kind of a Spirit of fear. The bible tells us that perfect love casts out fear; our dependence on Christ will help us to rise above the impact of fear when it comes to attack our faith. When we reject truth, are hearts will grow faint; but as Paul told Timothy, we are not given a Spirit of fear but of love and a sound mind. Trust the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding.
