In the last days, I will pour out of my Spirit on all flesh. Today on The Message of The Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and the panel discuss the doctrine of the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. Brother Swaggart explains how the Holy Spirit could not indwell in a believer until after Christ's death on Calvary’s Cross. Brother Larson explains Pentecost with regards to the beginning of the church. The Baptism of the Holy Spirit is a separate work that is available to every believer. Brother Joseph reminds us how every gift of God is available to man because of the finished work of Christ. Our faith allows God to bring purity to our lives at salvation, and the second work of the Baptism of the Holy Spirit can bring us to a life of service that glorifies Him.
