Sin in the believer’s life is never static, if not repented of; sin will get worse and worse. Today on the Message of The Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and the panel discuss how forgiveness of sin is not the same as deliverance of sin. Brother Larson says instead of picking apart our sin and where it came from, we must ever look to the answer that Jesus provided for all sin at Calvary’s Cross. Brother Swaggart encourages us that victory will come when the Christian lays down their self-efforts. Brother Paris reminds us of Israel, when the death angel of Satan was to passover and bring death to the children of Israel and all unbeliever’s firstborn sons; but God made a way. If they would abide in the house where the blood had been applied, their morning would come; and it did. Deliverance is for all who believe.
