Christ is the end of the law for righteousness for them who believe. Today on The Message of the Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and the panel discuss the Old and New Covenants and how today every man who is in Christ can know Him. In the New Covenant, Christ supersedes the law; Brother Larson reminds us that He didn’t abolish it He fulfilled it. The blood of bulls and goats in the Old Covenant could not do what the blood of Jesus does. His blood was and is payment in full for all who ask for forgiveness of sin. Today we have a better covenant; Jesus Christ is the New Covenant, and the Cross makes a way for the Holy Spirit to reside within every believer.
